ADRIAN R. MAS
Adrian R. Mas, age 55, 338 Mary Street, Berwick, died at his home at 12:40 p. m. Friday, October 12, 2012 after being seriously ill for 11 months.
Born on January 3, 1957 in Manute, Puerto Rico, he was the son of Carmen (Pinto) Mas of Puerto Rico and the late Juan Mas. He resided in Berwick for over 30 years.
Adrian enjoyed fishing, spending time witth his grandson and taking care of his lawn.
Surviving in addition to his mother is his wife, the former Carol L. Lewis, originally of Benton, with whom he observed their 16th wedding anniversary on December 4, 2011; a son, Dominick Mas, Berwick; two step- children: Steven Webster, Pittsville, Md. and Carrie A., wife of Dr. Matthew Snyder, Romansville; two grandsons: Adam Snyder and James Webster; and 13 siblings: Enrique "Henry" Mas; Anna Mas; Kathi Mas; Daniel Mas; Nicholas Mas; Peter Mas; Emma Reyes; Joe Reyes; Raphael Reyes; Rosa Reyes; Ini Reyes; Yolanda (Mas) DiGregorio and John Mas.
In keeping with Adrian's requests, there will be no viewing or public funeral services.
Friends may remember him with a contribution to either the Leukemia-Lymphoma Society, 961 Marcom Blvd., Suite 452, Allentown, PA 18109 or the American Cancer Society, 1420 N. Susquehanna Trail, Selinsgrove, Pa 17870.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner, Inc., Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market St., Bloomsburg.
