Alice M. "Peggy" (Heddings) Yeager

Alice M. “Peggy” (Heddings) Yeager, age 77, of 23 R-H Ave., Danville, passed away on Wednesday August 30, 2023 at the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.

Born on March 12, 1946 in Lewisburg, she was the daughter of the late Graydon and Betty (Robbins) Heddings. She resided in Liberty Twp., Montour Co. for many years.

Peggy worked as a waitress for various restaurants earlier in her life.

She loved to bake and cook and especially enjoyed spending time with her family.

Peggy was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Graydon “Butch” Heddings.

She is survived by her companion of 32 years, Ronald H. Clark; a daughter, Deneen, wife of David Rickard, of Cogan House; two sons, Robert Pequignot, and his wife Judy, of Danville, and Kevin Yeager, and his wife Dusty, of Milton; two step-daughters, Rhonda Carlton, of Philadelphia, and Tricia Willett, of Tampa, Florida, eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.

At Peggy’s request, there will be no services.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Roat-Kriner Funeral Home, 1133 Bloom Road, Danville.
