Ann Elizabeth Perotti, age 80, formerly of 330 West Third Street, Bloomsburg, died at 3:45 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at the Orangeville Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Orangeville, where she had resided for the past five years.
Born in Beaver Township on July 26, 1934, she was a daughter of the late John and Lottie (Monusko) Ball. She spent her entire life in the Bkloomsburg area, and was a graduate of the former Beaver Township High School in 1953.
Ann was a homemaker much of her life, and also had worked at the former Bloomsburg Hospital and at the Columbia County Prison.
She was a member of Victory Baptist Church, Bloomsburg. She loved her church, and when she was able she always had a vegetable garden.
Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Louis R. Perotti on April 7, 1971; and three sisters: Pauline Young, Stella Winseck and Helen Chyko.
Surviving is a daughter, Lisa A. Waddell and a grandson, Shannon R. Waddell, both of Stafford, Va. and a sister, Rita Shimp, Bloomsburg.
Funeral services will be held on Monday at 2 p.m. in the Dean W. Kriner, Inc. Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market Street, Bloomsburg, with Rev. Dr. Douglas H. Lyon, pastor of Shiloh Bible Church, officiating. Interment in New Rosemont Cemetery, Espy. Viewing at the funeral home on Monday from 1-2 p.m.
The family will provide flowers. Memorials may be sent to a charity of the donorâs choice.
