Catherine R. Moss

Catherine R. (Tedesco) Moss, age 80, 355 Tenny Street, Bloomsburg, died at her home at 12:38 a. m. Friday, October 11, 2019, after an illness.

Born in Bloomsburg on September 6, 1939, she was a daughter of the late John Joseph and Geraldine R. (Need) Tedesco.  She attended the Bloomsburg High School.

Catherine resided in Key West and Palm Beach Bay in Florida for a number of years before returning to Bloomsburg in 2012. She was a mother and homemaker and loved to play bingo. In Florida she belonged to the Episcopalian Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a great-grandson, Tyler Evans.

Catherine is survived by five children: Penny Lee Moodie, Clearwater, Fla.; Larry John Walter; Bertha "Bea" Andrezze; Eugene Raup, and his wife Alice; Dale Larue Walter, all of Bloomsburg; 13 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; a sister, Cevita Jean Clayton, Hughesville; a brother, John Joseph Tedesco, Jr., and his wife Betty, Tampa, Fla.; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In keeping with her request, there will be no funeral services or viewing.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner, Inc., Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market Street, Bloomsburg.
