Christopher G. Ulloth

Christopher G. Ulloth, age 33, of Astoria, Queens County, New York, died at his home on Saturday November 2, 2024.

Born at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville on March 7, 1991, he was the son of Darrien L. Ulloth, of Bloomsburg, and Sherry D. (Acker) Ulloth, of Centerville, Maryland.

Christopher was a 2010 graduate of Central Columbia High School and received his bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University in 2013.

He was employed as Director of Product Operations by ALM Publishing Company in New York City.

Christopher enjoyed cooking and photography. He also liked drawing and creating artwork. He wrote the poem inscribed on his sister’s cemetery monument. He had a green thumb and enjoyed growing house plants.

He participated in the Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble in Bloomsburg, Project Y in New York, and Elephant Room Productions in Philadelphia. He was a playwright with several plays to his credit.

Christopher enjoyed being a foster dad to foster kittens.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Lauren Lee Ulloth, on October 17, 2010.

Surviving in addition to his parents is his wife, Emma Becker; maternal grandparents, Pastor Clark and Ester Acker, of Centerville, Maryland; his paternal grandparents, Dana and Sarah Ulloth, of Bloomsburg; two aunts, Tania, wife of Edward Garrity, and their daughter, Madison, of Mountain Top, and Cindy, wife of Scott Stokes and their daughters, Kaitilin and Hannah, of Waldorf, Maryland; an uncle, Pastor Keith and Carol Acker, and their sons, Michael, Caleb, Corban, and Isaac, of Salina, Kansas.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday November 12, 2024 at 2 p.m. in the Dean W. Kriner Inc. Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market St., Bloomsburg, with his uncle, Pastor Keith Acker, officiating. Interment will follow in New Rosemont Cemetery, Espy. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 6-8 p.m.
