Clarence E. Llewellyn, age 90, of 225 Lake Glory Rd., Catawissa, passed away on Monday, May 16, 2022 at the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.
Born on July 14, 1931 in Franklin Twp., he was the son of the late Sterling W. and Elizabeth (Carpenter) Llewellyn. He was a 1949 graduate of Shamokin High School and was a lifelong resident of the Catawissa area.
Clarence served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War.
He worked as a mechanic in construction for many years and worked at the former Magee Carpet Co., Bloomsburg, earlier in his life.
Clarence loved fixing things, fishing, and his dog, Daisy.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth L. (Coladonato) Llewellyn on January 28, 2006; a daughter, Victoria E. Billman in 2005; and a son, Michael E. Llewellyn in 2020.
Surviving is a daughter, Virginia, wife of William Wetzel, of Danville; a son, Stephen Llewellyn, of Catawissa; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a sister, Betty Broda, of Danville.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 22, 2022 from 6-8 p.m. at the Dean W. Kriner Inc. Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market St., Bloomsburg. Interment will be made in Esther Furnace Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
