Danny L. Lore

Danny L. Lore, age 67, of Columbia Village Apartments, Millville, died unexpectedly at his home and was pronounced dead on Tuesday, March 25, 2014. He had been in failing health for several years.

Born in Berwick on January 9, 1947, he was the son of the late Donald and Mary (Kalbach) Lore, and had resided in the Berwick area most of his life.

Danny was a devout protestant. He was a member of the West Berwick Hose Company and Berwick Volunteer Fireman’s Relief Association; a past member of the Falcons Club and the American Ukrainian Club, Berwick.

He loved carpentry, and had been employed for Sitler Construction in Berwick.

Surviving are two children: Jon C. Lore, Catawissa and Jamie L. Musselman, Benton and two grandchildren: Kaitlyn Musselman and Kaleb Musselman.

Graveside services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. in Pine Grove Cemetery, Walnut Street, Berwick with Rev. Allen F. Acor, pastor of the Hendrickson-Mooresburg United Methodist Churches, officiating.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner, Inc. Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market Street, Bloomsburg.
