Deanna R. Bunge

Deanna R. Bunge, age 67, 131 Main St., Catawissa, died at 2:50 a. m. Sunday, August 2, 2009 at the Bloomsburg Health Care Center where she was a patient since June 10, 2009. She was seriously ill since January.

Born in Ralph Township, Northumberland County on Sept. 14, 1941, she was a daughter of Jean (Miller) Artley, Catawissa and the late Emanuel Artley. She resided in Catawissa most of her lifetime and was a graduate of the former Catawissa High School in 1959.

Deanna was last employed by Decorator Industries, Inc., Bloomsburg. She enjoyed crafts and cooking.

Surviving in addition to her mother are four children: Ruthanne M., wife of Troy Litwhiler; Mark Bunge; Scott Bunge; Carla, wife of Jason Sudol, all of Catawissa; five grandchildren: Troy Litwhiler, Jr.; Shawn Litwhiler; Zachary Schuerch; Brooke Sudol; Chase Sudol; a brother, James Artley, and his wife Jan, Millheim; and a sister, Peggy Artley, Catawissa.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the American Cancer Society, 1948 E. Third St., Williamsport, PA 17701.
