Deborah L. Barnhart, aged 63, of 113 Boyd Station Road, Danville, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, November 19, 2021.
Born in Miami, Florida on September 12, 1958, she was a daughter of the late Norman and Jacqueline (Rinker) Dennison.
Deb was employed for many years as a cook at the former Balzanos Restaurant in Bloomsburg. She currently was a business partner at Cookies & More By The Tea Ladies in Bloomsburg.
She was a social member of the Catawissa American Legion Post and the Catawissa Veterans of Foreign Wars Post. She loved riding on a motorcycle and made several cross- country trips on one.
Deb is survived by her significant other of 32 years, Horst “Bud” Larrabee with whom she resided and seven children: Sommer Brumfield, Watsontown, Jacob Brumfield, Richland, Wash., Luke Barnhart, Mechanicsburg, Jarrad Barnhart, White Haven, twins, Steffanie, wife of Derek Kauffman, Mount Holly Springs, Shandra Barnhart, Catawissa, Tyler Barnhart, Catawissa and six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at 2 p. m. in the Dean W. Kriner, Inc., Funeral Home, 325 Market St., Bloomsburg. The Rev. Gordon E. Smith, pastor of St. John Lutheran Church, Espy will officiate.
