Deborah Ann (Bardo) O'Rourke

Deborah Ann O’Rourke, age 67, of Price Street, Bloomsburg, passed away Thursday morning, October 24, 2024, at home surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Elmira, New York on September 17, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Cletus L. and Eileen J. (Andress) Bardo. She was a lifelong resident of the Bloomsburg area.

Deb faithfully attended the JourneyMate Wesleyan church in Lightstreet until she was unable to in recent years due to her illness.

She loved playing games on her phone.

Deb was preceded in death by her lifelong companion, Edward Albertson, and two siblings, Jerry Bardo and Randy Bardo.

Surviving are her two daughters, Crystal Lynn Franks, of Nescopeck, and Nikia Marie O’Rourke, of Berwick; four grandchildren: Joshua C. Slusser, of Nescopeck, Hailey N. Slusser, Xavier J. Troell, and Leylend J. Troell, all of Berwick; one great granddaughter, Aliya Ann Campbell, of Berwick; seven siblings: Bonnie, Frances, Buster, Barb, Brenda, Charlene, and Rick; and many nieces and nephews.

At Deb’s request, a private Celebration of Life service will be held.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner Inc. Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market St., Bloomsburg.
