Deborah (Shutt) Miller, age 83, of Fourth Street, Nescopeck died peacefully Sunday morning, December 10, 2023.
Born in Bloomsburg on December 11, 1939, she was a daughter of the late Lucas and Geraldine (Church) Shutt. She resided in Nescopeck for the past eight years and spent her prior life in Bloomsburg. She was a 1957 graduate of Bloomsburg High School.
Deborah was employed at the former Woolworth store on Main Street, Bloomsburg for many years. She was last employed as manager of the Dollar General store in Berwick.
She enjoyed trips to Atlantic City casinos and collecting antique glass. An avid baseball fan, her favorite team was the New York Yankees. She especially enjoyed watching her grandson, Lucas, play baseball.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard G. Miller, on May 6, 1998.
Deborah is survived by four sons: David Alan Miller and his wife Beth of Lightstreet, Richard G. Miller, Jr., of Berwick, Daniel Lucas Miller and his wife Scarlett T., with whom she last resided in Nescopeck, Joseph Scott Miller and his wife JoAnn of Lexington, North Carolina; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was the last of her immediate family.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no funeral services.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner, Inc., Funeral Home & Cremation Service., 325 Market Street, Bloomsburg.
