Dian L. Bogert

Dian L. (Brewer) Bogert, age 61, 7188 Old Berwick Road, Bloomsburg, died at 12:50 a. m. Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at the Mountain City Health & Rehabilitation Center, Hazleton, where she had been a patient since March 30, 2012.

Born in Bloomsburg on June 13, 1956, she was the daughter of Alma (Pooley) Brewer, Orangeville and the late Doyle Brewer. She spent most of her life in the Bloomsburg area where she attended the Central Columbia High School through her junior year and then she transferred to Jersey Shore High School, graduating in 1974.

Dian was employed by the former Candy Barrel store on Main Street, Bloomsburg, for almost 20 years.

She was a member of the Ebenezer Faith Bible Church in North Centre Township where she was active for many years in the youth ministries of the church. She enjoyed being around children and especially enjoyed the time she was able to spend with her grandchildren.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by two grandsons, Robert Martz and Matthew Martz.

Surviving in addition to her mother, is her husband, Robin D. Bogert, with whom she observed her 41st wedding anniversary on December 20, 2016; three children: Stacy M., wife of Dan Martz, Nescopeck; Jason A. Bogert, and his wife Jennifer, Berwick; Tiffany L., wife of Carl B. Hosler, Bloomsburg; 11 grandchildren; and three brothers: Chris Brewer, and his wife Joan, Bloomsburg; Richard Brewer, Miss.; Scott H. Brewer, and his wife Kelly, Peoria, Ariz. and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. In the L.C.B.C. of
Columbia Montour, 20 Kachinka Hollow Road, Berwick, with Pastor Mike Spagnuolo, of the Catawissa Christian Church officiating.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner, Inc., Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market St., Bloomsburg.
