Diane Sue Derr

Diane Sue Derr, age 63, formerly of Mainville, died on Sunday March 2, 2025 at the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.

Born on May 18, 1961 in Bloomsburg, she was the daughter of the late Jay E. and Mary J. (Watts) Derr. Diane was a resident of the Mainville area for most of her life.

She was a member of the Emanuel Lutheran Church in Mainville and the Starlighters group at Wesley United Methodist Church in Bloomsburg.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her infant sister, Bonnie Sue Derr, on April 22, 1960.

Surviving are her two uncles, Harry T. Watts, and his wife Milly, of Millville and Wayne E. Watts, and his wife Harriet, of Hughesville. She was the last of her immediate family. 

Private services will be held in Elan Memorial Park, Lime Ridge.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner Inc. Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market St., Bloomsburg.
