Ernestine  (Pinnock) Mowry, age 85, Bloomsburg, died at 2:25 a. m. Sunday, June 4, 2017 at the Geisinger Bloomsburg Health Care Center following a long struggle with Alzheimer's disease.

She and her husband traveled extensively, visiting many places including Alaska, Hawaii, Canadian Rockies, Branson, Mo., the USA from East to West; and a pilgrimage to the Holy Land and the Jordan River. In addition to traveling, Ernestine loved spending time with her family and friends and playing cards.

She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and is survived by her husband, Paul J. Mowry and four children: Sharon Mowry Altland, wife of Joel R. , Mt. Wolfe; Paula Mowry Cragg, wife of Howard H., Pittsford, N.Y.; Gerald Rex  Mowry, and his wife Elizabeth Q., Clarence, N.Y.; Vicki Mowry Vottero, wife of Michael J., Sinking Spring; nine grandchildren: Meredith Altland; Andrew Altland; Stephen Cragg; Kathryn  Cragg Rymer; Jason Vottero;  Dominic Vottero;  Alexander Vottero; Victor Vottero; Emma Mowry;  and a brother, Robert S.
