Eugene R. Walter

Eugene R. Walter, age 60, of Perry Ave., Bloomsburg, passed away on Tuesday August 1, 2023 at his home.

Born on December 26, 1962 in Fulda, Hesse, Germany, he was the son of the late Larry E. and Catherine R. (Tedesco) Walter.

He was a roofer by trade and was the owner of A+ Roofing for several years.

Surviving Eugene is his wife, the former Alice I. Lewis, with whom he celebrated their 37^th wedding anniversary on April 16, 2023; two sons, Dennis Lewis and Kevin E. Walter, both of Bloomsburg; a daughter, Pennylee D. Walter, of Ashland; three grandchildren: Courtney Makar, and her husband Damon,  Owen Lewis, and Tyson McGill, all of Bloomsburg; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Penny Moodie and Bertha Andrezze, both of Florida; and a brother, Dale Water, of Mississippi.

There will be no services.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner Inc. Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market St., Bloomsburg.
