Evelyn J. Krum

Evelyn J. Krum, age 93, of 100 Westminster Drive, Bloomsburg,  passed away at 9:50 p.m., Sunday March 17, 2019 at the Geisinger Bloomsburg Hospital, Bloomsburg.

Born on January 30, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Mildred (Letteer) Hopper. Evelyn attended the former Scott Twp. School before becoming a homemaker. She resided in the Almedia and Espy areas for most of her life.

Evelyn was a life member of the former Friendship Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, William C. Krum, Jr.; a brother, Charles Hopper; and a sister, Jane McHenry.

Evelyn is survived by two sons: David Krum, and his wife Penny, Garner, NC, Allen Krum, and his wife Patricia, Spotsylvania, VA; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister, Helen Learn;, Bloomsburg and two half sisters: Mary Bordt, Little Egg Harbor, NJ, and Lois Williams, Espy.

Private services were held at Elan Memorial Park.
