Floyd E. Osterhoudt
Floyd E. Osterhoudt, age 75, formerly of Bloomsburg, died at 5:12 a. m. Friday, March 28, 2014 at the Bonham, Nursing Center, Stillwater where he was a patient for three years.
Born on June 14, 1938 IN Ellenville, New York, he was a son of the late Floyd Joe and Marge (Vandermark) Osterhoudt. He resided in the Bloomsburg area since 2008 and previously lived in Saugerties, New York for much of his life.
Floyd was employed for 38 years at Shop Rite, Kingston, N.Y. as a meat cutter.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Floyd served with the US Navy.
A son, Floyd Osterhoudt died in 2007.
Surviving are his wife, the fomer Christina J. Law, with whom he celebrated 12 years of marriage on Dec. 31, 2013; two daughters: Mary J. Osterhoudt, Cementon, New York and Tina Osterhoudt, Manhattan, New York; and two granddaughters.
Memorial services will be held in the Leahy Funeral Home, Kingston, New York. There will be no viewing.
