Gary L. Bredbenner

Gary L. Bredbenner, age 44, 2813 Ernst St., Philadelphia, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at his home.

Born on June 17, 1965 in Mahoning Township, Montour County, he was a son of William C. Bredbenner, III, a guest at Kramm Nursing Home, Milton and the late Ellen J. (Romig) Bredbenner.

He resided in Riverside most of his early life, graduating from Danville High School in 1983. He also attended Penn State University, State College before graduating from Temple University, Philadelphia.

Gary was employed by the IBM Corp., Philadelphia as a computer technician.

He was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and also of the Phillies. He loved spending time with his friends and brewing his own beer.

He was preceded in death by a brother, William C. Bredbenner, IV and by a sister, Polly M. Bredbenner.

His father is his only survivor.

Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. in the Roat-Kriner Funeral Home, 1715 Bloom Road, Danville, with the Rev. Dr. Donald N. Hurley, pastor of St. Peter's United Methodist Church, Riverside, officiating. Interment in Odd Fellows Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 10-11 a.m.
