JACK  L.  GOLDER

Jack L. Golder, age 92, 232 Valley Road, Bloomsburg, died at 1:25 p. m. Monday, March 7, 2011, at the Bloomsburg Health Care Center where he was a patient since Feb. 8, 2010.

Born on May 26, 1918 in Sugarloaf Township, he was a son of the late Belma
Golder. He was a 1936 graduate of Benton High School.

Jack resided in Montour Township since 1958.

He  was employed by the former Magee Carpet Co., for over 33 years and was an inspector when he retired in 1980.

He served with the US Army during World War II.

Jack was preceded in death by two brothers: Robert Fritz and Willard "Bill" Fritz and a sister, Dorothy Rupert.

Surviving are his wife, the former Marjorie G. Ragan, with whom he would have celebrated his 55th wedding anniversary on March 30, 2011; a sister, Emma Kile, Bloomsburg and a number of nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family with Charles W. Dyer officiating. Interment in Elan Memorial Park. No viewing.

Arrangements have been entruted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner, Inc., Funeral Home, 325 Market St., B;oomsburg.
