James B. Robinholt, Jr.

James B. Robinholt, Jr., age 83, of Poplar Street, Bloomsburg died at the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville on Monday, December 5, 2022.

Born in Catawissa on August 10, 1939, he was a son of the late James B., Sr. and Marie (Stadler) Robinholt. He spent his early life in Catawissa and was a 1957 graduate of the former Catawissa High School.

Jim was employed as a supervisor at the former Bloomsburg Mills, Inc., where he was a longtime employee.

An avid hunter, he was a life member of the Orangeville Sportsman’s Club. His puppy, Mopsie, was the love of his life and provided him with much joy. He also served with the U. S. Air Force reserves for a number of years.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, the former Brenda Gay Getgen, in February, 1999.

Jim is survived by his son Ricky James Robinholt and his wife the former Jennifer Colleen McCoy, Boone, North Carolina, seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren and two brothers: Terry Robinholt, and his wife Patricia, Edinburgh, Ind. And Roger Robinholt and his wife Barbara, Almedia.

There will not be any funeral services or viewing.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner, Inc., Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market Street, Bloomsburg.
