Jeanette M. Carothers

Jeanette M. Carothers, age 55, 13 E. Clearview St., (Stony Brook Circle), Orangeville, died at 6:12 a. m. Thursday, March 15, 2012 at Balanced Care At Bloomsburg in Scott Township, where she was a patient since Jan. 31, 2012.  Her death followed a lengthy illness.

Born at the Bloomsburg Hospital on March 15, 1957, she was a daughter of Anna M. (Johnson) Kressler, who is also a guest at Balanced Care and the late Gilbert C. Kressler.

Jeanette spent her entire life in Bloomsburg and attended the Bloomsburg Public Schools.

She was last employed by Del Monte Foods, Inc., Lime Ridge and earlier  by Aramark Food Services at Bloomsburg University.

Jeanette enjoyed attending Bloomsburg University football games, crossword puzzles, classic rock music and reading.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by a daughter, Heather M. Kressler,
who resided with her; a granddaughter, Kayla Margaritondo, Danville; a grandson, Colton Carper, Montandon; a great-granddaughter, Hailee Mae James, Danville; and a brother, Gary H. Kressler, and his wife Tracy, Orangeville.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 3 p. m. in the Dean W. kriner, Inc., Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market St., Bloomsburg, with Rev. Gretchen M. Johansen, pastor of Christ United Lutheran Church, Catawissa officiating. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family in New Rosemont Cemetery, Espy.
