Jerry R. Puterbaugh

Jerry R. Puterbaugh, age 60, of 5 N. Sherman Street, Wilkes-Barre died at his home on Monday, August 2, 2021 after an illness.

Born at the Berwick Hospital on June 11, 1961, he was the son of Joyce M. (Snyder) Puterbaugh of Nescopeck and the late Karl J. Puterbaugh.

Jerry resided in Wilkes-Barre for the past five years and previously lived in Berwick, His early life was spent in the Central/Sugarloaf Township area. He was a 1979 graduate of Benton High School.

Jerry worked at various jobs during his life and one of the last was Berwick Industries where he was employed for six years.  He retired due to disability in 2018. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Surviving in addition to his mother are three daughters: Jamie Ann Puterbaugh, Bechtelsville, Vanessa Marie Puterbaugh, Wilkes-Barre, Brittany Puterbaugh, Wilkes-Barre; three granddaughters; a grandson and a sister, Karla J. Puterbaugh, Shickshinny.

Private services will be held by the family. There will be no viewing.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner, Inc. Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market Street, Bloomsburg.
