John Dube Sr.

John Dube Sr., age 85, of Bloomsburg, passed away on October 3 2022 at the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, surrounded by his three children and their spouses; Christine & Frank Davenport, Patricia Mancil, John & Deanna Dube Jr. John also leaves behind his 86yr old brother, Paul Dube,his fiancé, Connie Young and step children; Teresa Rankin, Ron & Deb Young, Crystal Hunsinger, Todd Young, Melisa & Dave MCCracken. His legacy is also carried forward by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

John was full of life and to his very last day, he did it how he wanted. As a friend and family member, John showed his love through acts of service. Whether it was to tow and fix cars, help loved ones move or be on the sidelines of grandchildren’s sporting events—he was always there in enthusiastic support. He will be remembered lovingly (and humorously,) as an avid hunter, drag racer, boater, pool player, auto mechanic and handy man. Cheers to Pop- our Jack of all trades and master of life.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
