Joyce E. (Wilson) Kershner, age 78, of 6870 Lows Road, Bloomsburg, died at 1:10 a. m. Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2019 at The Gardens At Orangeville, where she had resided since August 30, 2019.
Born in Espy on August 17, 1941, she was a daughter of the late Albert J. and Sadie E. (Richenderfer) Wilson. She was a 1959 graduate of Central Columbia High School.
Joyce held various jobs during her lifetime and was last employed at Morris Restaurant, Lime Ridge. Earlier she was involved in the family business as a truck driver; worked at the former U. S. Radium Corp. and also at Milco, Industries, Inc.
She enjoyed bowling and especially camping with her family.
Surviving are her husband, Clyde E. Kershner, with whom she would have observed her 58th wedding anniversary on Friday; a daughter, Kim, wife of Todd Heller, Berwick; a son, Jimmy Kershner, and his wife Peggy, Catawissa; two grandchildren: Joshua Mordan and Cleora Brown; a sister, Lou Ann Coleman, Bloomsburg; and a nephew Donald L. Coleman, Jr., and his wife Kim, Bloomsburg.
Private services will be held on Friday at the convenience of the family.
