Kandis M. (Mensch) Wilcox

Kandis M. (Mensch) Wilcox, age 59, of Town Hill Rd., Shickshinny, died at 5:20 a.m. Tuesday June 27, 2023 at the Glen Brook Rehab & Nursing Center in Berwick, where she had been a patient since April 16.

Born in Mahoning Twp., Montour Co., on June 8, 1964, she was the daughter of Robert Mensch, of Danville, and the late Shirley (Stine) Mensch.

She held various jobs during her working life, including working as a phone technician for Metro Cast in Berwick.

­In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a son, Jonathan Mensch.

Surviving in addition to her father, is her husband, Douglas Wilcox, of Town Hill; a son, Paul Wilcox, and his wife Amy, of Berwick; a daughter, Kasandra Mathias and her husband Joshua, of Milton; a step-daughter: Tara, wife of David Calhoun, of Pittsburgh; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a brother, Allen Mensch, of Lightstreet; a sister, Melody, wife of Kevin Billig, of Numidia; a sister, Sherry Shoemaker, of Danville; a brother, Kenneth Mensch, and his wife Lynn, of Berwick; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Roat-Kriner Funeral Home, 1133 Bloom Rd., Danville.
