Kim Marie Haladay, age 46, 129 E. Fourth St., Bloomsburg, died unexpectedly at her home on Thursday evening, Dec. 26, 2013. The Columbia County Coroner investigated and after an autopsy it was determined that she died of a massive cerebral hemorrhage.
Born in Bloomsburg on March 4, 1967, she was the daughter of Janet (Kishbauch) Montalvo, Palm Coast, Florida and Robert J. Beagle, Bloomsburg. She was a lifelong resident of the Bloomsburg area and graduated from the Columbia Montour Vocational Technical School in 1985.
Kim owned Touch of Nature, a cleaning business in Bloomsburg. She was a member of St. Columba Catholic Church, Bloomsburg. An avid pet lover, she volunteered for PA Pets.
Surviving in addition to her parents, is her step father, Jesus Montalvo, Palm Coast, Fla.; three children: Chelsea Haladay, Bloomsburg; Nathan R. Haladay and Chloe M. Haladay, both at home;
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a. m. in the Dean W. Kriner, Inc., Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market St., Bloomsburg, with Monsignor Robert E. Lawrence officiating. Interment in New Rosemont Cemetery, Espy. The family will receive friends from 10-11 a. m.
