Marian E. Young

Marian E. Young, age 95, of Berwick, passed away on Sunday April 9, 2023 at the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.

Born on February 14, 1928 in Jackson Twp., Columbia Co., she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Cora Ragan. A 1946 graduate of Benton High, she attended the former Sugarloaf School for 11 years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Myron Young, in 2002.

Marian is survived by her two children, Loretta Young, of Tucson, AZ, and Neil F. Young, of Berwick; a granddaughter, Jesse Young, and her spouse Paige Feltman, of Shamokin; a grandson, Luke Young, of Phoenix, AZ; and nieces and nephews.

At Marian’s request there will be no services. Interment will be made at the convenience of the family in Waller Cemetery, Jackson Twp.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner Inc. Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market St., Bloomsburg.
