Mary J. (Hart) Brown

Mary J. (Hart) Brown, age 82, of Bloomsburg and previously of Berwick, passed away late Sunday night, November 24, 2024, at home surrounded by family.

Born in Clayton, Michigan on June 8, 1942, she was a daughter of the late Loland and Loretta (Dunlap) Hart. She was a 1960 Graduate of Hudson, Michigan High School.

Mary was last employed by K-Mart in Berwick as a clerk and before that she worked in the cafeteria of the Berwick High School.

She attended the Berwick Bible Church. Mary also enjoyed playing cards, bingo, and doing word search puzzles.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Arno Hart and a sister Rosetta Beagle.

Mary is survived by: two daughters; Jennifer L. Fish with whom she lived, Lauretta Cragle wife of Timothy, Berwick; four grandchildren, Allison Cragle, Caleb Cragle, Joshua Cragle Tyler Fish; and a sister Yvonne Livingston, Hudson, Michigan.

 Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner Inc. Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market St., Bloomsburg.
