Michael L. “Mick” Billman, age 64, of 200 Fisherdale Road, Elysburg died peacefully at his home on Saturday evening, October 8, 2022 while in the care of his wife of 25 years, Mary Ann (Vognetz) Billman, and Geisinger Hospice.
Born at the Bloomsburg Hospital on September 5, 1958, he was a son of the late Leroy and Ruth (Bittner) Billman. He was a lifelong resident of Cleveland Township and a 1976 graduate of Columbia-Montour Vocational Technical School.
Mick was employed as a journeyman electrician for many years, retiring in 2020.
He was a member of the Sons of American Legion, Catawissa Post; a social member of the Catawissa VFW Post and also the East End Fire Company of Danville.
Mick loved classic cars and attending car shows and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
He will be missed by his golden lab, Vixen.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Jeannie Billman.
Surviving in addition to his wife Mary Ann is a son, Scott Klugh, and his wife Michelle, Hamilton, Georgia; a daughter, Kelly, wife of Brian Fugok, Bloomsburg; four grandchildren: Andrew, Arden, Erin and Emily; a brother, David and his wife Cindy, Elysburg; and his best friends, Gene and Tammy Hine, Sabina, Ohio.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner, Inc., Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market Street, Bloomsburg.
