Michelle L. (Robison) LaPolt

Michelle L. (Robison) LaPolt, age 57, of Lackawanna Ave., Bloomsburg died Friday afternoon, Nov. 15, 2024, at the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville after a long illness.

Born in Bloomsburg on August 3, 1967, she was a daughter of the late John B., Jr. and Joyce A. (Howard) Robison. She graduated from Bloomsburg High School in 1985.

Michelle was employed at the former Hill’s Department Store at the Columbia Mall for a number of years and was last employed as a home health aide.

She was a member of the Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church in Bloomsburg. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her cousins. She also loved gospel music.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, John B. Robison, III, on May 28, 2014. 

Michelle is survived by her loving husband Larry Lee LaPolt, with whom she celebrated 31 years of marriage on Sept. 19, 2024 and by her uncle Frederick L. “Fred” Robison of Bloomsburg.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 19,2024, at 10 a. m. in Spirit Life Church, 1338 rear Old Berwick Rd., Bloomsburg, with Rev. David Brady, former pastor of the Church officiating. Interment will follow at Ikeler’s Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant Township.

Viewing will be on Monday from 6-8 p. m. at the Dean W. Kriner, Inc., Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market St., Bloomsburg or at the Church on Tuesday after 9 a. m.
