Patricia Ann Chulock

PATRICIA  ANN  CHULOCK

Patricia Ann Chulock, age 52,  1207 Seneca Road, Bloomsburg, died at her home on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at 3:05 p. m.. She was in failing health for the past five years.

Born on November 23, 1959 in Hazleton, she was the daughter of Patricia (Obzut) Gasser, Hazleton and the late Russell Gasser. She resided in Bloomsburg for 30 years.

She was a 1977 graduate of Hazleton High School and a 1981 graduate of Penn State University, State College.

Patricia was employed by Geisinger Medical Center, Danville for 30 years as a pediatric dietician, last working in February, 2012.

She was a member of St. Columba Catholic Church, Bloomsburg.

Patricia was an avid reader and  enjoyed flower arranging as well as time spent with her family.

Surviving in addition to her mother, is her husband, Michael M. Chulock, with whom she would have celebrated her 30th wedding anniversary on October 23rd.; two daughters: Laura B. Chulock and Rachel L. Chulock, both at home; two brothers: Russell A. Gasser, and his wife Sheila and Christopher Gasser, and his wife Janet;  a sister, Johnna, wife of Michael Welch, all of Hazleton and many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 11 a. m. in St. Columba Catholic Church, 342 Iron Street, Bloomsburg, by her pastor, Monsignor Robert E. Lawrence.

Friends may call on Friday from 6-8 p. m. at the Dean W. Kriner, Inc., Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market St., Bloomsburg. Christian Wake services will be at 6 p. m. Friday.
