Patricia J. (O'Neal) Wintersteen

Patricia J. (O’Neal) Wintersteen, age 86, of Bloomsburg, passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at home.

Born on April 21, 1938 in Bloomsburg, she was the daughter of the late Alfred C. and Carletta (Hilscher) O’Neal.

Patricia attended Bloomsburg High School and went to cosmetology school in Wilkes-Barre. 

She was a member of Wesly United Methodist Church for over 50 years; worked at First Columbia Bank for nine years; and opened WW Bridal Shop for many years. She retired in 1996 and was a life long resident of the Bloomsburg area.

Surviving her is her husband of 69 years, James A. Wintersteen; son, James R. Wintersteen and his wife Patricia of Northumberland; daughter, Linda Nichols of Gadsden, Alabama; son, Eric J. Wintersteen and his wife Tammy of Bloomsburg; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Services will be private. Interment will take place at Columbia Hill Cemetery, West Hemlock Township.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner Inc. Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market St., Bloomsburg.
