Phyllis L. (Lehman) Hoffman

Phyllis L. (Lehman) Hoffman, age 89, of Lookout Drive, Bloomsburg, passed away Tuesday morning, February 8, 2022 at the Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg, where she was a patient.

Born in Bloomsburg on December 17, 1932, she was a daughter of the late Sterling and Edith (DeWald) Lehman. She was a 1950 graduate of the former Scott High School in Espy.

Phyllis was a homemaker and her children were a very important part of her life. She loved the outdoors and walking.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dale W. Hoffman in 2006, two brothers: Leroy Pursel and Kenneth Pursel and by four sisters: Margaret Pursel, Mary Williams, Myrtle Edwards and Dorothy Cole.

Phyllis is survived by her four children: Cindy Hoffman, Scott Hoffman, Brad Hoffman and  Steve Hoffman, all of Bloomsburg.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Elan Memorial Park, Lime Ridge.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner, Inc., Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market Street, Bloomsburg.
