Robert J. âBobâ Mullins, age 73, 1210 Susquehanna Ave., Berwick, died at his home at 7 p. m. Monday, December 2, 2013 after courageously battling cancer since April.
Born in Berwick on October 30, 1940, he was the son of Glenn Mullins, Berwick and the late Jennie (George) Mullins. He was a lifelong resident of Berwick and a 1958 graduate of Berwick High School.
Bob was last employed by Kawneer, Corp., Bloomsburg, for 12 years, retiring in 2005.. He then spent two years delivering the Press Enterprise newspaper in Berwick. Earlier in his life he was employed by Berwick Forge & Fabricating Co. and Delta Mechanical, Berwick.
He was a member of the St. James Lutheran Church, Zenith.
Bob was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Surviving in addition to his father, is his wife, the former Ginger Lee Naus, with whom he celebrated 48 years of marriage on August 21, 2013; three sons: William J. Hunter, Berwick; Robert E. Mullins, Huntingdon; Robert T. Morgan, Berwick; a daughter, Christine L., wife of Josh Kressler, Berwick; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday at 1 p. m. in St. James Lutheran Church, Zenith, with his pastor, Rev. Oliver E. Brown officiating. Interment in St. James Cemetery. There will be no viewing.
