Rose Mary Winn

Rose Mary  (Levan)  Winn, age 73, 2510 Second Street, Bloomsburg(Espy), died at 9:20 a. m. Thursday, March 29, 2018 at the Geisinger-Bloomsburg Hospital where she was a patient for four days.

Born in Bloomsburg on December 7, 1944, she was a daughter of the late Leroy W. and Betty M. (Walters) Levan. She spent her entire life in the Bloomsburg area.

Rose worked part-time for Fought's Catering, Espy and also volunteered at the Shiloh Bible Church clothing  give a-ways.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Doyle G. Winn on May 6, 2001; by a brother Jay Levan in 2000; and by a sister Janet Snyder on March 28, 2018.

Rose is survived by five children: Debbie Louise, wife of Kevin Schumacher, Benton; Diana K., wife of Steve Gunther, Berwick; Randall D Winn, wife Tracy, Nescopeck; Denise R. Morris, Bloomsburg; Steven E. Winn, and his wife Lori, with whom she resided; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and nine siblings:  Joyce, wife of Raymond Girton, Catawissa; Larry Levan, wife Letha, Espy; Ray Levan, wife Kaye, Riverside; Linda, wife of Robert Royer, Bloomsburg; Ruthann Buckston, Catawissa; Bonnie, wife of Allen Helwig, Catawissa; Carlene, wife of Jeffrey Foust, Catawissa; Kathy Miller, Bloomsburg; Dean Levan, wife Cindy, Bloomsburg; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 3 p. m. in the Dean W. Kriner, Inc., Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market Street, Bloomsburg, with Pastor Deborah Harvey, pastor of Ebenezer United Methdist Church officiating. Interment will follow in Creveling Cemetery, Almedia. Friends may call on Tuesday from 2-3 p. m.
