Shirley J. Reifendifer, age 78, formerly of Bloomsburg, died at 4:12 p. m. Saturday, January 18, 2014 at the Millville Health Care Center, Millville, where she resided since May, 2009.
Born in Pine Summit, Columbia County, on June 11, 1935, she was a daughter of the late Charles R. and Marie (Stafford) Welliver. She returned to Bloomsburg in 1990 after having lived in Wilmington, Delaware for 35 years.
Earlier in her life, she was employed as an executive housekeeper at the former Quality Inn in Buckhorn for 10 years.
Shirley was a member of the Community of Christ Church, Bloomsburg.
She was preced in death by two husbands, a daughter and all of her siblings.
Surviving are three children, five grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with interment in New Rosemont Cemetery, Espy.
