Timothy J. âTimmyâ Marshall, age 36, 508 E. Front Street, Danville, joined his sister in heaven at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, July 13, 2014 at his home.
Born in Bloomsburg on April 12, 1978, he was the son of John E. and Nancy (Lipovsky) Marshall, of Danville. A 1997 graduate of Columbia Montour Vo Tech School, he had resided in Danville for three years, and previously lived in Hemlock Twp., Columbia County.
He was last employed as a Para Transit Operator for Trans Med, Northumberland; and previously worked for PennDot and Danville State Hospital.
Timmy was an avid outdoorsman, and loved to hunt and fish. He was a member of the National Rifle Association, Sportmanâs Association, and Ducks Unlimited.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Rebecca Temple on November 21, 2009.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife, the former Nichole M. Lemon, whom he married on March 17, 2012; a daughter, Rachel M. Marshall, Winter Garden, Fla.; step-daughter, Kylie Lemon; grandmother, Nancy Conner; and grandfather, Joseph Lipovsky, all of Danville; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. in Roat-Kriner Funeral Home, 1715 Bloom Road, Danville, with Rev. Dr. Donald N. Hurley, pastor of St. Peterâs United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment in Elan Memorial Park, Lime Ridge. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8 pm. Thursday.
The family has requested that those attending the services should please dress casual, and refrain from wearing a suit.
